Are you a landlord who owns investment property in Minnesota? If you are, you need to file your 2008 Minnesota Certificate of Rent Paid. If you own investment real estate in MN, and have tenants paying rent, you are required to deliver the Certificate of Rent Paid to each tenant. Don’t delay! Get your CRP’s sent today!
