We are very excited to announce that we have added a new MLS search function to our website. Visitors can now search Minnesota Foreclosures from the MN MLS right on our website. You can browse foreclosures by city, zip code, property type, price range, and more! You can even save your search criteria. If you need help creating a custom foreclosure search please contact us.
If you are a buyer, seller, listing agent, or buyer’s agent dealing with a short sale in Minnesota you have more than likely experienced some degree of frustration (ranging from a mild headache to pulling your hair out while screaming at the top of your lungs). We, too, have experienced this frustration on both sides of the fence - representing sellers and buyers. We would like to make a change. We are asking all buyers, sellers, listing agents, and buyers’ agents to send us their experiences. We want to gather as many stories as possible for discussion. We are working on a project to help all parties involved with short sales. Please contact us here or send us an email to Jesse@BuyMinnesota.com.
I just wrote a guest post over at Scott Ficek’s Minnesota Investment Real Estate blog about what to do with renters during a short sale of an investment property in MN. If you are facing foreclosure in Minnesota on one of your investment properties, you should be aware of how tenants can affect the short sale process. Please contact us for more information.
